Chris Jones

FOUNDER

Ironclad Roofing was founded by Chris Jones, who brings a highly unique and invaluable perspective to the roofing and storm restoration industry.

Before starting Ironclad Roofing, Chris spent years working as an independent catastrophe insurance adjuster (CAT adjuster). In that role, he worked directly with numerous insurance carriers across the country, evaluating storm-related property damage. He inspected thousands of roofs and exterior systems following severe weather events, documenting property losses and determining how claims should be evaluated under strict policy guidelines.

This experience provided Chris with a deep, insider’s understanding of how storm damage occurs, how it must be documented, and exactly how the insurance claims process works from the carrier’s perspective. Today, that specific knowledge shapes how Ironclad Roofing advocates for our customers during storm inspections and insurance claims.
